Steve brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to his work as a Real Estate Advisor with William Pitt - Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty. A licensed attorney with a Master of Science in Historic Preservation and Real Estate Development, Steve has a strong background in contracts, negotiation, financial analysis, land use, and development. His experience as a business owner also brings a practical, entrepreneurial approach to every client relationship.

Marc brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate development and planning, along with a passion for architecture, landscape design, and community. With generations of family ties throughout the region, he has an in-depth understanding of the neighborhoods and properties he serves. Marc is especially passionate about helping clients see the possibilities in a property and find opportunities others may overlook.
